RETURN POLICY

Returns are only applicable in cases of dissatisfaction caused by errors from LYD BEAUTY (defective product / incorrect product). LYD BEAUTY will cover the shipping costs and send the correct product. Customers are required to provide a video while opening the package (unboxing video). If the customer is unable to provide an unboxing video, we will consider that the product was received in good condition and without any defects or errors.


Return Terms and Conditions

Products must be returned no later than 1 x 24 hours after being received by the customer, provided that the items are returned in their original condition — inside the box, complete with accessories — along with the return tracking number.

The product to be returned must not be damaged, dirty, used, or wet/damp. The product packaging must remain intact and undamaged — not dented, cracked, torn, folded, or scratched.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will re-inspect the quality of the item. If the terms and conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return of the product.


Return Shipping Costs

After we receive and inspect the product, we will reimburse the shipping costs within a maximum of 3 x 24 hours, provided that the item was returned using REG (regular) shipping service.
