PACKAGE DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped after your payment has been verified by our system. The estimated delivery time follows the process determined by the shipping courier. Please report to our Customer Service if your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe.
SHIPPING TERMS
LYD BEAUTY deliveries are carried out only on business days, Monday – Friday. The final shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM. Your package will be processed on the same day if your payment is made and confirmed before 2:00 PM (WIB). If the payment is made after the specified cutoff time, your order will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING STATUS
You may track your order through the app that we have provided and included in your order confirmation email. All information related to the shipping status is available in the app.
