PURCHASE TERMS

ORDER

All products that you are able to order indicate that the stock is available. Please review each order carefully and read the details thoroughly to avoid mistakes or discrepancies. Orders that have entered our system are considered valid and made consciously by you. Any product that has been ordered cannot be changed unless there is a system disruption or system error. If you wish to make changes, please contact our Customer Service.

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be processed once we have received confirmation of your payment. If invalid payment is found, we reserve the right not to process your order. In the event of payment errors, whether related to the destination bank or incorrect payment amount that does not match the information we have provided, we reserve the right not to process your order and we are not responsible for such errors. We will refund 100% of your payment if the product you ordered is out of stock and you have completed and confirmed the payment.

PRODUCT AND PRICING POLICY

We strive to ensure that every product displayed has color accuracy as close as possible to the actual product. If there is any color discrepancy, it may be related to lighting conditions. The color display may vary on different screens, and we cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy. The prices displayed on our website adjust according to your country of residence, country of origin, or country at the time of ordering.

SHIPPING POLICY

PACKAGE DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped after your payment has been verified by our system. The delivery time depends on the process determined by the shipping courier. Please report to our Customer Service if your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe.

SHIPPING TERMS

LYD BEAUTY deliveries are carried out only on business days, Monday to Friday. The final shipping cutoff time is 3:00 PM. Your package will be processed on the same day if your payment is confirmed before 2:00 PM (WIB). If payment is made after the specified cutoff time, the order will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING STATUS

You can track your order through the app that we have provided and included in your order confirmation email. All information related to shipping status is available in the app.

OTHER POLICIES

RETURN POLICY

If you place an order through www.lydbeauty.id and the product you receive has defects or discrepancies caused by us, you may request a return within 1 x 24 hours from the time the product is received by providing an unboxing video as proof. Please contact the LYD Beauty Customer Service team.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will include shipping costs. For international customers, please contact your local customs office for further details regarding taxes and import or export duties.
